FROG-X is the ideal underground motor for automating swing gates in residential and industrial settings.
Cutting-edge 24V brushless underground motor for gates up to 4 meters and 400 kg. Designed for rapid movements, allowing a 90° opening in just 10 seconds. It features a brand-new control board with CXN BUS, a graphic display for quick installation, and includes 4 configurable safety inputs for direct management of resistive safety edges. FROG-X is fully compatible as a replacement of previous FROG installations. A new high-performance accessory is available for 180° openings.
24V BRUSHLESS MOTOR with speed up to 10 seconds for 90° opening, Up to 4 m and 400 kg leaf, MCBF of 250.000 CYCLES, Fully compatible with existing FROG foundation boxes.
The ZLB24-SA control panel monitors the motor speed, acceleration and deceleration phases, alongside the absorbed current, to allow automated adjustments to be made.
The adaptive torque system constantly evaluates gate weight and friction to detect obstacles and to keep the speed at the pre-set level, to perform consistantly in every operation, during changing weather conditions.
